How was second excursion?

This time the weather forecast was unfavorable for field excursion, but fortunately prediction came out and we could enjoy excursion to the upper edge of the steppe, and during the descent to the river Jihlava. Due to the presence of guards we've seen insects and other invertebrates, which occurred outside the permitted paths. Each of the lecturers gave one group of interested so as to everybody got enough knowledge.

Lecturers showed a demonstration of hunting invertebrates in the river of Jihlava before lunch. Part catches have also brought to the mill and were examined under a microscope.Demonstrations of work in search of invertebrates in the soil and analysis of catches under microscopes followed after lunch. The main attraction of this part of the program was caught crayfish.

When field part of excursion finished, the program continued with lecture by Ernest Vunan. Part of the lecture was also a film The man who plants trees (available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XCwr6tuFo98),  followed by a long discussion about saving the rain forest as well as Cameroon. After returning to the car park was a nice finish watching a family of gopher mounds around.
