Reconstruction Report

Reconstruction of technical outbuilding located next to the Mohelský Mill flume to National Animal Genetic Bank sample repository started in July 2015. At first, roof, roof timbers and ceilings were dismantled. Removal of the existing plaster and installation of new ceiling trusses followed. After roof completion, the contractor employees moved into the building to incorporate new internal water and electricity distribution lines. The floor of the building was insulated with polystyrene, roof by glass wool. Further works included facade repair, necessary building of water and electricity connection and finish of surfaces. Throughout the building, mandatory publicity has been properly implemented. The work was completed successfully and an occupancy permit to use the building was issued in November 2015.
